My name is Derrick Panosian.
I am an Iranian-Armenian with a background in Computer Science, a field I graduated from more than a decade ago. What interested me most was never the tools themselves, but the systems, ideas, and questions surrounding them. Over time, this naturally led me toward technology law, digital systems, and the legal structure of emerging technologies.
To study law from its foundations rather than from the surface, I returned to university and I am currently in my third year of law school.
I believe the future will increasingly be shaped by legal and ethical questions surrounding technology. As digital systems become more integrated into human life, we will constantly be challenged to defend human agency, dignity, and autonomy — both alongside technology and in relation to it.
This website is a space for sharing some of the questions and concerns that occupy my mind. Not as conclusions, but as ongoing observations in search of clarity.
